PortmanDentex ESG Report 2023/24

There has been much work done over the years in our local practicesand central team that reflects the importance we place on looking after our people, communities and planet. However, this is the first time we’ve pulled this work together in celebration of what’s been done and to commit as a business to further action. As we move forward together as PortmanDentex, we are committed to ensuring ESG stays close to the heart of our business and we are delighted to be in a position to launch our first ESG report.

PortmanDentex is committed to achieving Net Zero greenhouse gas emissions across scopes 1, 2 and 3 by 2050. This commitment reflects the organisation’s recognition of its responsibility to minimise environmental impact and contribute to global efforts to address climate change.

The commitment was formally made on 28 October 2025, following a proposal developed by the ESG Steering Group. It was subsequently reviewed and approved by the Chief People Officer and the ESG Executive Sponsor, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s broader strategic priorities and governance framework.

As part of this commitment, PortmanDentex will continue to assess, monitor and reduce emissions across its operations and value chain, embedding sustainability into decision-making processes and working collaboratively with stakeholders to drive meaningful, long-term change.
