We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Dental Nurse to join our Shawlands Dental practice, part of the PortmanDentex Group in Glasgow.
Shawlands Dental Practice is an NHS health care dental clinic, first and foremost, focusing on maintenance of a healthy mouth with a strong emphasis on prevention, especially with regard to children.

No previous dental experience is needed for this role. If you have a genuine interest in health and well-being, are passionate about delivering great service, and looking for a career where you can learn, grow and develop, then this could be a perfect fit for you.
- Full-time hours, 40 hours per week: Monday - Friday between 8.45am - 6pm
- Training supported by our highly experienced team - your course will be overseen by an external course provider and is fully funded.
- Permanent placement upon successful completion of course (average course duration is around 18 months)

- Valid certification or diploma in Dental Nursing
- Registration with the General Dental Council (GDC)
- A positive attitude, empathy, and the ability to communicate well with patients and colleagues
