About the role and practice 

If you're a patient-focused Practice Manager looking for a rewarding role in a friendly and professional environment, look no further thanThe Dental health and Implant centre, in Grantham.  

• Full time - 33 hours per week Minimum - Monday – Friday
• Free on-site parking out the front of the building and good transport links.

At this friendly, forward thinking practice, we care for private patients. You’ll work alongside Specialist Orthodontists and Therapists in this modern and purpose-built practice.

About you 

We welcome your application if you have management or Lead Dental Nurse experience within a dental setting. Other industries such as healthcare or commercial (e.g., retail / hospitality) will also be considered. 

• Experience of working with financial records, to include P&L, KPIs and budget planning 

• Experience of managing a team including knowledge of HR processes and compliance 

• The ability to communicate effectively with the team and lead them with a positive, proactive approach
