We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Practice Manager to join our Lars Christensen Orthodontics practice (part of the Portman-Dentex group) in Oxford.

• Full time role: 42.75 hours Monday - Friday
• Free parking on-site

You will be joining a warm and welcoming practice with a great reputation in a lovely environment with an already fantastic team. We pride ourselves on our excellent service to patients and we are looking for a lovely and committed candidate who shares our values.

About you

We welcome your application if you have management experience within a dental setting. Other industries such as healthcare or commercial (e.g., retail / hospitality) will also be considered.

• Experience of working with financial records, to include P&L, KPIs and budget planning
• Experience of managing a team including knowledge of HR processes and compliance
• The ability to communicate effectively with the team and lead them with a positive, proactive approach
