A rare and exciting opportunity has become available for a Part time Junior Marketing Executive to join the team at our busy and reputable private dental practice The Dental Surgery, Corn Exchange, London.

The Junior Marketing Executive requires a Degree in Marketing. The role is critical in articulating our brand, telling our stories, and engaging different audiences to drive practice performance.

Duties:
Communication
- Create, curate and deliver engaging content to attract different audiences, across different channels from prospective patients to corporates and referring clinicians. This content will be both planned across the year but also flexed to leverage trends and our own practice stories:
- Organic social media – Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, You Tube*
- Email newsletters
- PR
- Website content (liaising with our central marketing team)
*Depending on external social media resource this may be liaising and briefing the external social media supplier
- You will be the ambassador for the practice, both internally within the PortmanDentex Dental Care group and externally. You will need to regularly liaise across the practice, the wider business and the practice network. This will include developing a practice proposition for corporate business development, leveraging clinician networks and contacts.
- You will need to build rapport, motivate and enthuse our practice colleagues to support marketing activities and understand how your role and theirs’ contributes to performance and the the practice brand.
Channel marketing:
We have a multi-channel approach to our marketing activity including OOH, Paid Social and PPC. You will not need to be a specialist in these areas however, you will need to be the key liaison between the central marketing function and the practice:
- Developing digital and offline media campaigns and events to promote the practice both to consumers, corporates and referrers.
- Working with practice colleagues to develop best in class customer experience, identifying opportunities to maintain and improve. This will include supporting internal campaigns and activity.
- Helping to deliver open days, referral events and special offer campaigns throughout the year.
Skills and attributes:
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal. You will be comfortable developing relationships that drive the business forward.
- Creative flair, understanding what makes a good story/engaging content and how this can be delivered.
- Open to new ideas, collaborative and enthusiastic.
- Organised and detail driven.
- Solution driven and resourceful. This is a very busy practice in a fast-growing group. You will need to navigate this business to deliver what you need.
- Self-starter. You will have support from your practice colleagues and the Business Partner team. However, your day-to-day role will require you to be self-motivated and accountable, reporting into the Practice Manager. The Senior Marketing Business Partner will also support you from a best practice, compliance and development point of view.
