We have an exciting opportunity for a Dental Receptionist to join our Carbasse Implant & Dental Centre in Whitstable, part of PortmanDentex. 

About the role and practice

At this friendly practice, we care for private patients. You’ll work alongside a highly skilled, specialist clinical team in this modern and well-equipped practice. This position will require you to perform a variety of reception, clerical and billing duties; such as; answering and screening phone calls and taking messages, scheduling patient appointments, checking in patients, providing patient assistance, and taking payments.

• Full-time hours available, 37 hours per week 
• Typical shifts are Mon -Thurs 8.30am- 5.15pm (lunch 1pm-1.30pm) Fri 8.30-3pm, 1pm-1.30pm lunch

About you

We welcome your application if you have proven front of house Reception experience, ideally within a dental or healthcare setting, although training will be provided. We’d love you to be motivated, organised and a good communicator who thrives upon maintaining good standards, in addition to offering a warm and welcoming environment to patients and visitors and driving to constantly deliver and improve the patient journey.
