We have an opportunity for a Practice Manager to join the team at 23 Cosmetic Dental & Implant Clinic private dentist in Morpeth.
About the role and practice
As well as providing general dentistry, our dentists are all highly experienced and between them have a special interest in all aspects of cosmetic dentistry. Situated in the heart of Morpeth, Northumberland, our aim is to provide high quality dental treatment in a safe, relaxed and friendly environment.

About you
Our Practice Managers are responsible for providing leadership to practice colleagues (Associates and Employed) to ensure we put patients at the heart of everything we do and in order to drive practice growth, increase revenue opportunities, and operate the effective day-to-day financial management and logistics of the practice.
- 2 years management experience and 2 years clinical experience in NHS and Private experience needed.
- Experience of working with financial records, to include P&L, KPIs and budget planning
- Experience of managing a team including knowledge of HR processes and compliance
- The ability to communicate effectively with the team and lead them with a positive, proactive approach
